System Administrator

This position requires investigation and resolution of software and hardware problems for end users, hardware setup and maintenance.Responsibilities:Investigate and resolve software and hardware problems for end users through established processes and procedures (Helpdesk).Setup and maintain hardware and software.Work together with the team and external parties in troubleshooting/resolving outages and other incidents to ensure performance and stability.Maintain technical documentation.Proactively deal with monitoring alerts.Requirements:Working experience as a System Administrator or Helpdesk Level 1 Support.Strong administration/supporting experience of Linux/Unix/Windows OS, environment applications and services.Security and encryption fundamentals (SSL/TLS, SSH).Experience with backup systems, VPN solutions.Basic knowledge of at least one monitoring solution (New Relic, Zabbix or similar).Good communication skills.Written and spoken English
