IT Systems AdministratorLocation: Newnan, GA | OnsiteWe are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to take ownership of the local IT environment for a growing manufacturing operation in Newnan, Georgia.This is a hands-on infrastructure position—not a traditional help desk role. You will serve as the primary onsite IT resource, partnering with a global IT team to maintain servers, networks, Microsoft 365, security, production technology, and end-user systems.What You’ll DoAdminister and support Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft 365Manage and troubleshoot servers, networks, VPNs, switches, DNS/DHCP, and connectivityProvide hands-on support for hardware, printers, mobile devices, and production technologyManage user accounts, access, onboarding/offboarding, licensing, and IT assetsMonitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtimeSupport cybersecurity initiatives, MFA, privileged access, backups, and disaster recoveryPerform root-cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to recurring issuesSupport manufacturing and production systems, including handheld devices, scanners, printers, and business applicationsCoordinate with third-party IT vendors and service providersParticipate in infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, and other technology projectsWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in systems administration or IT infrastructureHands-on server administration experience is requiredExperience with Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft 365Strong networking and IP troubleshooting skillsExperience supporting hardware, printers, laptops, desktops, and mobile devicesUnderstanding of cybersecurity, backups, and disaster recoveryAbility to work independently and take ownership of the local IT environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsExperience working with vendors and non-technical business stakeholdersManufacturing, ERP, or production technology experience is a plusBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
