Employment Type: Full-time / RemoteRole SummaryLooking for an experienced L2/L3 Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer with hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Infrastructure Security, VMware, Backup & Disaster Recovery, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).Key Responsibilities & SkillsMicrosoft 365: Administration and troubleshooting of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange Hybrid.Identity & Endpoint Management: Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, Intune, device compliance and patch management.Security: Microsoft Defender, EDR, endpoint security, vulnerability management, DLP and security incident resolution.Windows Infrastructure: Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, AD, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.VMware: vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, VM provisioning, performance monitoring and troubleshooting.Backup & DR: Backup administration, Veeam, DR drills, failover/failback, RPO and RTO.OCI: Compute, Storage, VCN, Subnets, NSGs, IAM, monitoring and hybrid cloud connectivity.Automation: PowerShell scripting for Windows and M365 administration.Candidate RequirementsStrong hands-on L2/L3 infrastructure support experience.Ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues and handle escalations.Experience in incident management, RCA and enterprise infrastructure operations.OCI experience is mandatory / strong priority for this requirement.
