System & Analytics Specialist - Riyadh

This position is responsible for two connected areas of the business: coordinating ERP and POS system implementation projects across the organization's markets and owning the company's enterprise reporting and data analytics function end-to-end.RERP & POS Implementation CoordinationCoordinate ERP and POS implementation projects end-to-end — requirements gathering, configuration, testing, UAT, go-live and post-launch stabilization.Act as the primary point of contact for external implementation vendors and software partners, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables.Coordinate internally across finance, operations and IT stakeholders to keep implementations aligned and on schedule.Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, tracking status, risks, and dependencies, and reporting progress to Sr. IT Manager.Compliance & LocalizationCoordinate with external accountants and local compliance/tax advisors to confirm ERP and POS configurations meet country-specific requirements.Manage e-invoicing and fiscalization compliance for POS systems across multiple country jurisdictions.Track evolving local regulatory and localization requirements and drive the system/process changes needed to remain compliant.Data, Reporting & BIOwn enterprise reporting end-to-end: Power BI development, semantic models, DAX, and executive/KPI dashboards.Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines integrating data from ERP Dynamics 365 BC, POS, SQL Server and APIs.Build and maintain data warehouse / lakehouse architecture (Microsoft Fabric or Azure Data Platform).Use BI4Dynamics or equivalent accelerators for ERP-to-BI data integration.Manage the reporting request backlog from business stakeholders, prioritizing and delivering independently.Train business users on dashboards and self-service reporting to drive adoption.Qualifications & Experience5+ years' experience across consulting and managing multiple projects across different countries, BI delivery, data analytics, ideally in a consulting or multi-market environment.Hands-on expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and ETL/ELT development.Experience integrating ERP systems (Dynamics 365 F&O, AX, NAV, Business Central) with reporting/data platforms.Track record coordinating directly with external vendors, accountants, or compliance partners.Strong stakeholder management skills; able to own requirements conversations and run projects with minimal oversight.Microsoft Fabric / Azure Data Platform experience preferred; relevant certifications a plus.
