Company: Sons of Sulaiman Hamad Al-Saif Land Transport Co. 📍 Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia 💼 Employment Type: Full-time 🇸🇦 Nationality: Open to all (Saudi Nationals Preferred) ⏳ Availability: Immediate joiners preferred (Notice period ≤ 1 month is an advantage) ⏱️ Experience: 3–5 Years About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive System & M365 Administrator to manage, secure, and scale our corporate infrastructure.In this role, you will take full ownership of our cloud transformation, driving modern workplace management using Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Defender.

Beyond modern endpoint management and cloud infrastructure, you will play a key technical role in ensuring maximum availability and backend support for our core business platforms: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP and HRMS.

Key Responsibilities

M365 & Identity Management: Administer the entire Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams). Manage secure hybrid identity and access via Microsoft Entra ID.Endpoint Management & Deployment: Design and enforce unified endpoint policies (MDM/MAM) using Microsoft Intune. Streamline device onboarding utilizing Windows Autopilot.Modern Security Controls: Deploy and manage endpoint protection baselines with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint / Business. Enforce Conditional Access policies, MFA, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).ERP & Platform Infrastructure Support: Act as the primary internal technical resource for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and HRMS environments. Troubleshoot infrastructure links, handle application updates, and coordinate with external vendors.Core Server Infrastructure: Maintain local Windows Server ecosystems and on-premises Active Directory (GPOs, DNS, DHCP, permissions).Virtualization & Backups: Monitor and optimize our virtual environments (VMware vSphere / Hyper-V). Design and test rigorous backup and disaster recovery plans for both on-premises data and M365 cloud resources. What We Are Looking For:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated system administration experience, with a heavy emphasis on Microsoft Cloud architectures.Platform Exposure: Hands-on infrastructure or technical support experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and HRMS is a strong advantage.Technical Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Intune, Entra ID, Defender, and VMware/Hyper-V environments.Skills: Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for task automation is preferred.
