System Analyst - AML

Position: System Analyst/ Functional Analyst - AMLLocation: SingaporeContract: 12+ Months and ExtendableMandatory Skills:Strong experience in functional requirement analysis and creation of functional specificationsAbility to design end‑to‑end functional flows and user journeysHands‑on experience in technical design aligned with architectural and security standardsKnowledge of AML domain, financial crime workflows, or compliance systemsExperience collaborating across Business Analysts, Developers, Infrastructure, Security, and VendorsFamiliarity with SDLC, integration patterns, and application architectureAbility to support testing activities, including defect clarification and scope assessmentExcellent documentation, communication, and problem‑solving skillsDesired skillsExperience working on AML platforms (e.g., Actimize, Fircosoft, SAS AML, Oracle FCCM)Familiarity with microservices architecture, APIs, and modern integration frameworksUnderstanding of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Exposure to threat modelling frameworks such as STRIDE or MITRE ATT&CKKnowledge of process modelling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN tools)Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environmentsAbility to perform basic SQL queries or data analysis for requirement validationBackground in banking, risk, or regulatory technology within large enterprisesVendor management experience with offshore/onsite coordination
