System Analyst / Analyst Programmer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

Job PurposeThe System Analyst / Analyst Programmer will support the Finance Department in Hong Kong and Shenzhen by maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance system. The role ensures system stability, supports finance operations, drives process automation, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to improve financial workflows and reporting accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Act as the first-line support for Microsoft D365 F&O system issues across Hong Kong and Shenzhen officesProvide ongoing application support for user inquiries, system maintenance for data integrity and resolve troubleshoot issuesGather and understand user requirements from Finance team and recommend suitable system solutions to streamline finance processesCoordinate with IT/external vendors for bug fixes, system enhancements and version upgradesPerform system testing, support UAT, and prepare system documentationSupport in system data integration and program development between D365 and other business applicationsDevelop and maintain D365-built in SSRS reports and Power BIProvide user training and SOPs to promote best practices and support continuous improvement initiativesRequirements:Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplinesHands-on experience and good understanding of Microsoft D365 F&O workflows and development (X++) is a must3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in finance systems support or basic accounting knowledge is a plusSkills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication skills in English, Cantonese, and MandarinA proactive team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independentlyFamiliar with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) and basic reporting toolsWork LocationOccasional travel between Hong Kong and ShenzhenWe offer a competitive package to the right candidate.
