System Analyst- Banking Domain

Job Title: System Analyst – Banking DomainWe are hiring a System Analyst with strong experience in the Banking domain to support business and technology teams in analyzing requirements, improving business processes, and delivering effective system solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, business process modelling, requirement gathering, and functional documentation, with the ability to translate business needs into clear system requirements.Key Responsibilities:Analyze business and system requirements and convert them into clear functional specifications for technology teamsWork closely with business stakeholders to understand current processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvement opportunitiesPerform business process modelling / process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE) to support transformation and optimization initiativesInterpret business and operational data, identify trends or issues, and derive actionable insights to support decision-makingCollaborate with development, QA, and project teams through the solution lifecycle, including requirement clarification, UAT support, and implementationPrepare and maintain key analysis documents such as BRD, FRD, functional specifications, workflows, and use casesRequired Skills & Experience:Experience as a System Analyst / Business Systems AnalystMandatory experience in the Banking domainStrong expertise in data analysis and ability to interpret complex datasets for business insightsHands-on experience in business process modelling, process mapping, and gap analysisStrong experience in requirement gathering, system analysis, and functional documentationAbility to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams in a cross-functional environmentExposure to tools such as Excel, SQL, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI/Tableau will be an advantageWe are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between business and technology, bring structure to requirements, and contribute to process and system improvements within a banking environment.
