System Analyst

What is the position?The Systems Analyst supports the development, enhancement, and ongoing performance of business applications and software solutions. This role combines hands-on development with systems analysis to translate technical and business needs into reliable, efficient applications.What are the responsibilities?As a Systems Analyst, you will:Build and support software applications that meet established business and technical needs.Evaluate existing application logic and implement enhancements or new functionality.Perform coding, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, deployment, and ongoing application support.Review requirements and integrate application components while balancing timelines and cost considerations.Participate throughout the systems development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.Develop solutions that integrate effectively with the existing technology environment.What are the requirements?Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline preferred5-12+ years of IT experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work through complex technical challengesEffective organizational and interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and general PC functionalityCommitment to maintaining safety as a top priorityYou would be really happy here if:Roadblocks don’t intimidate you.
