This position is responsible for analyzing business processes and systems, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating business needs into clear technical specifications. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, evaluating existing systems, proposing solutions, and supporting systems integration and conversion efforts. The System Analyst will work closely with project managers, developers, and business leaders to ensure solutions are aligned with organizational goals and are effectively implemented. The role also involves troubleshooting system issues, performing data and process analysis, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsStrong Systems Analysis and Business Analysis skills, with experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.Robust Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.Solid foundation in Information Technology, including familiarity with enterprise systems, integrations, and software development environments.Proven Troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve system and process issues in a timely manner.Relevant bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Knowledge of project management practices, business process optimization, and systems integration concepts is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Webster, NY, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $60,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.Paid Time Off: Two weeks of paid time off annually.Retirement: Employer-sponsored retirement plan.
