System Analyst

Responsibilities

Lead business requirements gathering and process analysis for the setup of a new manufacturing plant in Thailand.Work with business users to understand business processes, collect requirements, clarify scope, and translate needs into functional requirements.Analyze existing systems, identify gaps, design practical solutions, prepare functional specifications and align the solution with IT standards and business objectives.Coordinate testing activities, support test case preparation, follow up defects, clarify issues, and work with users and developers until closure.Support daily application issues, perform root cause analysis, coordinate fixes and ensure system stability for business operations.Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of software solutions.Work effectively within cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, product owners, and operations teams.Prepare and maintain functional specifications, system flow, user guides, support documents, test evidence, and handover materials.

Qualifications
