System Analyst – ERP / Production

We are looking for a Senior System Analyst with experience in ERP systems and production operations to support and improve our business processes.Key Responsibilities: • Configure and support ERP systems (1C / FirstBit) • Work closely with production teams to understand and improve processes • Support day-to-day operations, including manual and semi-automated production environments • Translate business needs into system configurations and improvements • Assist in system integration and ensure data accuracy across operationsRequirements: • Experience with ERP systems (1C and FirstBit preferred) • Practical exposure to production operations • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Business Central is a plus • Strong analytical mindset and willingness to work closely onsite with operations teams • Good level of English • Based in the UAE or willing to relocate (highly preferred)Russian language is mandatory and can speak English
