The System Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure to support business operations and consulting services. Daily tasks include managing servers and networks, performing system administration activities, monitoring performance, and ensuring high availability and security of systems. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing technical support to internal teams, and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders for system upgrades and integrations. The System Engineer will also contribute to system design improvements, documentation, and adherence to organizational standards and compliance requirements.Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Systems Engineering and Systems Design skills to architect, implement, and optimize IT infrastructure.Candidates should possess solid System Administration skills, including server, network, and user management in multi-environment setups.Candidates should possess advanced Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for diagnosing, resolving, and preventing system issues.Candidates should possess a good understanding of security practices, backup and recovery, and performance monitoring tools.Relevant experience with Windows and/or Linux environments, virtualization, cloud platforms, and networking fundamentals is beneficial.A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.Strong analytical thinking, documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are important.
