• Coordinate with vendor technical teams for solution improvements, escalations, and troubleshooting
• Participate in regional cybersecurity events, workshops, and partner enablement activitiesTechnical Enablement & Education:
• Deliver technical trainings and product presentations to partners and enterprise customers
• Develop deployment guides, technical documentation, and reference architectures
• Support cybersecurity awareness and technical enablement activities across the region
• Knowledge of PAM solutionsCustomer Success & Post-Sales Advisory:
• Provide technical guidance during PoCs, pilot projects, and expansion phases
• Assist customers with architecture reviews, best practices, and roadmap planning
• Support troubleshooting and technical issue resolution during deploymentsProfessional Skills:
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in business-friendly language
• Hands-on lab, PoC setup, troubleshooting, and deployment experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
