Apply & track with Apply EdgeExperience: 4–6 YearsKey Responsibilities:Administer and support Enterprise Service & Operations Management systems.Implement and manage IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools.Manage and support ServiceNow Service Management & Operations modules.Monitor and manage enterprise infrastructure using tools such as NNM, OMi, SiteScope, ArcSight, and related platforms.Manage SCCM, Nexthink, Bomgar, and Software Asset Management solutions.Support network, server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and data center environments.Develop operational dashboards and reports using Splunk and Tableau.Ensure efficient service delivery and operational performance across IT environments.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.ITIL V3 Foundation certification (mandatory).4–6 years of experience in IT Service & Operations Management.Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring tools.Knowledge of SCCM, Nexthink, Bomgar, Flexera, Splunk, and Tableau.Good understanding of LAN/WAN, Windows Server, Active Directory, and data center operations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred:Certifications in ServiceNow, HPE Service Management, Networking, or Data Center technologies.PMP/PMBOK certification.Experience in aviation or airport IT environments.
