ALUMIL is seeking a System Manufacturing Junior Engineer for its subsidiary CFT.About The RoleAs a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and improving production processes. You will analyze manufacturing workflows, contribute to capacity planning, and collaborate with teams to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize and monitor orders for systems scheduled for productionCoordinate with the warehouse and provide instructions for ordering the necessary raw materialsMeasure and calculate glass requirements and place the relevant ordersPrepare the necessary CAD files, parameters and settings for the CNC machineMonitor and oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring that orders are completed accurately and on scheduleRequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical fieldAbility to analyze data and use problem-solving tools effectivelyExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced industrial environment and manage multiple prioritiesGood English knowledgeGood AutoCAD knowledgeBenefitsProvision of private life & health insuranceAnnual bonus according to your performanceAnnual customized training planExcellent working environmentRole specific benefitsAbout UsAt ALUMIL we are building excellence every day.Alumil has more than 30 years of experience in the production of architectural aluminium systems and 3.000 employees.
