Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleZingHR is looking for a hands-on System & Network Database Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, networks, endpoints, Microsoft 365 environment, and databases.

The role will ensure system availability, security, performance, and smooth day-to-day IT operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Microsoft 365, user accounts, licenses, Exchange Online, distribution groups, and mail flow.Handle employee onboarding/offboarding, access management, and endpoint security.Monitor and troubleshoot servers, networks, systems, VPN, firewalls, and infrastructure issues.Manage antivirus, security policies, software installations, OS upgrades, and patch management.Provide L1/L2 desktop and infrastructure support to employees and senior management.Configure and troubleshoot enterprise applications, Citrix Workspace, hardware, and peripherals.Administer and monitor databases, including backups, performance, access control, and troubleshooting.Manage IT assets, maintain documentation, and ensure SLA compliance.Use ticketing tools such as ManageEngine to track and resolve incidents and service requests.Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-base articles.Key SkillsMicrosoft 365 & Exchange OnlineWindows Server / Active DirectoryNetworking, VPN & FirewallEndpoint & IT SecurityDatabase AdministrationDesktop & Infrastructure SupportManageEngine / ITSM ToolsHardware & Software Troubleshooting
