Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob description:Job SummaryThis position is responsible for the planning, requirements management, day-to-day support, issue resolution, user training, and project review of store and business systems in the U.S. market.The successful candidate will be able to quickly understand the business processes and real-world operating scenarios of chain stores, translate business needs into clear, professional, and actionable system requirements, and coordinate with development teams and external vendors to complete system development, testing, launch, and implementation.The scope includes systems such as POS, mobile and online ordering, loyalty, self-ordering kiosks, payments, digital signage, supply chain, and data/reporting platforms.This is not a software development role and does not require coding. We are looking for someone who understands both store operations and technology and can turn business problems into practical system solutions.Location: West LAKey Responsibilities1. System PlanningParticipate in the planning and optimization of POS, membership, mobile app, self-service ordering, payment, and other store systems based on business growth and operational needs.2. Requirements ManagementGather and analyze business requirements, translate them into professional system requirements, and coordinate with development teams and vendors to complete acceptance testing and implementation.3. Issue ManagementEstablish processes for recording, classifying, tracking, and resolving system issues. Determine whether issues are related to configuration, networks, hardware, system functionality, or user operations, and coordinate with the appropriate teams to resolve them.4. TrainingPrepare system operating procedures, testing records, and troubleshooting guides. Provide store employees with system instructions and training.5. Project Review and ImprovementSummarize project progress and store feedback, evaluate post-launch system performance, and continuously improve systems and related business processes.QualificationsTwo or more years of experience in system support or a related field.Ability to quickly understand business needs and translate them into professional, actionable system requirements.Ability to coordinate with development teams and vendors to drive implementation and issue resolution.Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and follow-through skills.Professional working proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with U.S. store teams and vendors.Preferred QualificationsExperience in a chain restaurant, beverage, coffee, or retail environment.Experience supporting, implementing, or launching POS, mobile app, membership, self-service ordering, payment, or other store operating systems.Familiarity with the U.S. store operating environment, payment methods, tax requirements, or data privacy requirements.Experience supporting U.S.-based system projects or store systems.
