System Product Manager (Finance & AI)

The CompanyOur client is a global venture capital & private equity firm. The Role The System Product Manager owns the product strategy and AI adoption for the finance technology stack. Sitting between Finance and Engineering, you will manage core internal platforms and 3rd-party accounting systems, while productising AI-driven workflows. Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Platform OwnershipDrive product roadmaps, technical backlogs, and PRDs for core finance applicationsLead end-to-end agile releases (QA, UAT, change management) and automate workflows like fund reporting, portfolio data ingestion, and cash tracking.LLMOps & AI ProductizationScope and launch AI capabilities for automated data extraction, reporting, and knowledge retrievalMonitor agent traces and logs to debug failure modes, eliminate hallucinations, and refine execution logicOptimise prompt architecture, model routing, token efficiency, and API latencyDrive AI adoption and tool enablement across the businessVendor & Technical OperationsManage vendor technical performance, access controls (RBAC), security, and audit readinessSupport system configurations, platform health, and cross-functional alignment between IT and business Your Profile 5+ years as a technical product manager or business analyst, ideally in FinTech, banking, Private Equity, or Asset ManagementBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related disciplinesDirect experience with LLMOps, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and context window managementPractical understanding of model evaluation, agent tracing tools, hallucination mitigation, and API cost/performance tuningProven track record of translating complex financial processes into technical specs, user stories, and actionable PRDsDemonstrated mastery of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including UAT orchestration, QA protocol design, and change managementTrack record of managing external software vendors, enforcing SLAs, and driving technical integrationsExcellent stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to bridge communication gaps between Finance executives, regional IT teams, and software engineeringProficient in Chinese (Mandarin) is a must Apply Today To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
