Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob DescriptionThis role serves as an on-site Systems Support Lead and primary point of contact for warehouse associates needing assistance with the technology and tools used in daily operations. You'll spend most of your time on the warehouse floor helping associates resolve issues, answering process questions, and ensuring workflows continue moving efficiently.The position focuses on supporting warehouse personnel with system navigation, equipment troubleshooting, workstations, and other operational tools. You'll investigate issues, identify potential causes, document recurring problems, and work with support teams when additional assistance is needed.Success in this role comes from being approachable, curious, and comfortable learning how different systems and equipment work together to support warehouse operations.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary on-floor resource for warehouse technology and operational system support.Assist associates with navigating software applications, workstations, and other operational tools.Troubleshoot issues impacting daily workflows and help identify practical solutions.Provide real-time guidance and answer process-related questions for warehouse associates.Investigate inventory, transaction, and workflow discrepancies using available system tools and reports.Document recurring issues and opportunities for process improvement.Create and track support tickets, requests, and follow-up actions as needed.Escalate more complex issues to technical support teams and coordinate resolution.Participate in testing system updates and process changes.Monitor open issues to ensure timely resolution and communication with operations teams.Build strong working relationships through a consistent presence on the warehouse floor.Required Skills & Experience1-3 years of warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, retail, or related operational experience.Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple software applications.Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills.Ability to learn new systems, processes, and equipment quickly.Strong communication skills and ability to work with associates at all levels.Experience using scanners, mobile devices, computers, or other technology in a work environment.Ability to identify problems, gather information, and work through solutions independently.Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.Reliable and able to work assigned shifts, including nights and weekends as required.High School Diploma or GED required.Nice to Have Skills & ExperienceExperience working with warehouse technology, inventory systems, printers, or material handling equipment.Previous experience as a trainer, lead associate, subject matter expert, or team lead.Experience supporting users with system or process questions.Background in warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field.Compensation:$28/hr to $32/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one ofemployment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
