Systems Administrator – Windows & VMware

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator – Windows & VMware with 8+ years of experience managing enterprise Windows Server and virtualization environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware/VCF, PowerShell, networking, backup, security, and production support.Required SkillsIn-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and services.Advance understanding of Active Directory, including group policy management and DNS.Experienced on virtualization technology like VMware and VCF components.Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation and management tasks.Troubleshooting skills for common hardware and software problems.Strong grasp of network infrastructure, including TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.Ability to diagnose and resolve complex system and network issues.Knowledge of enterprise applications such as Exchange, Citrix, and SCCM.Ability to perform systems tasks, close VA/CR findings.Familiarity with security best practices, including patch management and access controls.Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.Excellent communication and documentation skills for team collaborations.Require to work on shifts.WHAT’S ON OFFER: You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
