Systems Engineer

We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative System Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust system infrastructure that supports our organization's operations. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with a customer-focused mindset, working efficiently to ensure optimal system performance and reliability while supporting our team and clients.- Design, deploy, and manage software and hardware systems across the organization's infrastructure- Configure and maintain network connectivity, routers, and related network components to ensure seamless operations- Conduct comprehensive system implementation projects, including network setup, infrastructure deployment, and application integration- Perform system troubleshooting and resolve technical issues independently while maintaining clear communication with team members and stakeholders- Monitor system performance, analyze metrics, and optimize configurations to meet service level agreements and organizational goals- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, system drawings, and configuration records for future reference and knowledge sharing- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to coordinate system implementations and support delivery- Conduct site surveys and assessments, interpreting technical specifications and as-built documentation to inform system design decisions- Respond promptly to incidents and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and maintain system integrity- Support the onboarding and training of team members on system configurations and best practices- Stay current with industry innovations and recommend process improvements to enhance system efficiency and reliabilityQualifications- Diploma in Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic, Information Systems, or equivalent discipline- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in systems administration, configuration, and troubleshooting- Demonstrated expertise in software and hardware systems management- Strong knowledge of network connectivity, router configuration, and network infrastructure- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation, system manuals, and as-built drawings- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues- Proven ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaborative relationships with team members, partners, and clients- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly- Experience with system monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques- Project management experience with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting- Familiarity with IT service delivery frameworks and best practices- Vendor management experience is a plus- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends
