Systems Engineer

Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced IT Systems Engineer to support and maintain the organization’s server, network, backup and infrastructure environment across multiple locations.The role will be responsible for day-to-day infrastructure operations, troubleshooting, system maintenance, technology refresh and infrastructure projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage onsite and offsite backup infrastructure using Veeam Maintain Nutanix HCI, physical servers and related infrastructure Support and maintain network infrastructure across multiple locations Manage Cisco, HP, Aruba and Lenovo network equipment Maintain Wi-Fi infrastructure using Aruba, Cisco and Ruckus Support Network Access Control (NAC) using InfoExpress CGX Manage firewall services and network change requests Manage Synology NAS and APC UPS lifecycle Maintain organizational SSL certificates Manage ISP services, contract renewals and technology refresh activities Troubleshoot server, network and infrastructure-related issues Support infrastructure projects, including server room relocation Maintain infrastructure documentation and ensure systems are properly maintained RequirementsDiploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Infocomm or related discipline Preferably 3–5 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP and Windows security Experience supporting servers, networks and IT infrastructure Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good written and spoken English Customer-oriented with good communication skills Self-motivated with a strong interest in learning and developing new technical skillsPlease send your detailed resume in MS Word format to resume@goldtecHRs.com withEducation LevelWorking experiencesEach employment backgroundReason for leaving each employmentLast drawn salaryExpected salaryDate of availability
