Systems Engineer - Integration

Job Title: Systems Engineer – IntegrationLocation: Pleasanton, CAJob SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with strong system integration experience to support complex medical device products. The candidate will integrate and troubleshoot hardware, software, embedded firmware, mechanical systems, mobile apps, wireless, and cloud technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead system integration activities for new and existing products.Develop integration plans, strategies, and schedules.Define and manage system requirements and interfaces.Integrate hardware, software, firmware, mechanical, mobile, wireless, and cloud components.Identify and resolve system-level issues through root-cause analysis.Support system testing, verification, and validation (V&V).Work closely with Systems, Software, Hardware, and Test Engineering teams.Track requirements, defects, configuration, and engineering changes.Support design transfer and sustaining engineering activities.Communicate technical risks and project status to stakeholders.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree with 5–6+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 4+ years.Strong Systems Engineering and System Integration experience.Experience integrating hardware and software systems.Experience with embedded firmware, hardware, software, and testing.Experience in medical devices or another regulated industry.Knowledge of system architecture, requirements, interfaces, and integration testing.Experience with DOORS, JIRA, or similar tools.Knowledge of design controls, configuration management, and change management.
