Our reputation is firmly rooted in the trust we've earned as a leading player in the Executive Search domain, serving both Sri Lankan and Overseas Blue-chip Conglomerates, as well as the most dynamic SMEs.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the TA team in reviewing and screening CVs to shortlist potential candidates.Support the coordination of interviews, scheduling, and communication with candidates.Maintain and update candidate records and reports in our internal systems.Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn and other talent platforms.Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth recruitment workflows.Collaborate closely with team members across time zones.What We're Looking ForExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal).Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to "read between the lines" when reviewing CVs.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.Tech-savvy — comfortable with online tools, spreadsheets, and databases.Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Preferred (but not required)Prior experience in research, recruitment support, or administrative roles.Familiarity with LinkedIn or other talent sourcing platforms.What We OfferFlexible hybrid work arrangement.Opportunity to work with a global and collaborative team.Exposure to talent acquisition processes.Continuous learning and growth within a supportive environment.
