Overall Purpose of the JobDeveloping and delivering quarterly sales campaigns, including national promotions and volume bonus programmesMonitoring company and competitor performance to identify market trends and opportunitiesWorking with logistics teams to plan and maintain vehicle stock levelsManaging and updating the annual sales plan to reflect changing business needsProducing sales campaign communications and dealer network updatesDeveloping sales forecasts across all models and channels, from short to long-term planningTracking performance against forecasts and recommending actions to achieve sales targetsActing as an internal market expert, providing insight and support across the businessCreating and developing customer offers across finance, insurance, and service productsWorking closely with finance partners to support customer acquisition and retention strategiesSupporting new vehicle launches with competitive retail and Motability offersReviewing contribution margins, incentive spend, and contract costs to ensure commercial objectives are metCollaborating with senior stakeholders across Product, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Sales teamsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone with strong commercial awareness and a passion for using data and market insights to influence business decisions.Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skillsCommercial experience gained within either a head office or field-based environmentStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesConfident presenting information and influencing stakeholders at all levelsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong numerical abilityExcellent attention to detail and a highly organised approach to workMotor industry experience and a strong understanding of the automotive marketComfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAdditional InformationFlexibility to travel when requiredWillingness to support wider Sales and Marketing activities as business needs evolve
