The trainer will lead Tai Chi and related wellness classes for students and staff, demonstrating forms, guiding safe practice, and adapting sessions to different ages and fitness levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson sequences, integrating Tai Chi principles into broader health and wellness programs, and maintaining a positive, inclusive environment. The trainer will also collaborate with educational and administrative teams to schedule classes, support extracurricular activities, and contribute to community wellness initiatives. Monitoring participants’ progress, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring adherence to safety standards are key aspects of this role.Qualifications Ability to proficiently instruct Tai Chi techniques and forms, with strong practical Tai Chi experience.Skills in Fitness Instruction and Training, including safe exercise practices and class management.Teaching and coaching abilities, with experience adapting instruction to different age groups and learning needs.Knowledge of Qigong or related mind-body practices that complement Tai Chi and holistic wellness.Relevant certification in Tai Chi, fitness, or physical education (or willingness to obtain certification).Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusion and cultural sensitivity.Experience working in educational, recreational, or community settings is preferred.Ability to work on-site in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area and collaborate within a multidisciplinary educational team.
