The clinic blends innovation with holistic wellness to create an elevated experience for every client.Role Description The Tailor at New Age Clinic will be responsible for creating, altering, and fitting garments and clinic uniforms to ensure a polished and professional appearance for clients and staff. Day-to-day tasks include measuring clients, adjusting garments for comfort and fit, completing alterations, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The Tailor will collaborate closely with clinic staff to meet specific design and fit requirements, handle rush or special requests, and ensure high-quality craftsmanship in all finished pieces. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, requiring consistent presence at the clinic and close cooperation with the wider team.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Tailoring and Dressmaking skills, with the ability to construct and alter a variety of garments and uniforms to a high standard.Candidates should possess excellent Fitting skills, including accurate measuring, pinning, and adjusting garments to achieve optimal comfort, style, and movement.Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to understand client needs, explain options clearly, and provide a positive, professional experience.Candidates should possess attention to detail, manual dexterity, and proficiency with sewing machines, pressing equipment, and garment finishing techniques.Previous experience as a tailor or dressmaker, ideally in a fashion, retail, or clinic/hospitality environment, is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple orders, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Basic record-keeping skills for tracking orders, measurements, and alterations; familiarity with safety and hygiene standards in a clinical or customer-facing setting.
