Each Novikov restaurant features an open kitchen, where chefs prepare fresh seafood and seasonal produce in full view of guests, creating a dynamic and engaging atmosphere for both diners and team members.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Take Out Waitstaff role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves taking and confirming take-out orders in person and over the phone, accurately entering orders into the system, and coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation. The team member will assemble and check orders for accuracy, package items according to restaurant standards, and manage payments and receipts. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized take-out station, answering guest inquiries about menu items, and providing courteous, efficient service to all guests picking up orders. The role also requires collaborating with colleagues to support overall restaurant operations and upholding Novikov’s service and presentation standards.Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism, courtesy, and guest satisfaction.Experience in food & beverage or food service environments, ideally within upscale or high-volume restaurants.Clear and confident communication skills for interacting with guests and coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams.Basic familiarity with cooking or food preparation processes to understand menu items and order timing.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking, packaging, and handling payments.Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting.Previous experience in a similar take-out, host, or server role is an advantage.Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
