We’re Hiring | Talent Acquisition & Onboarding – (COOP & Tamheer) InternshipWe are looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join our Human Resources team through the COOP & Tamheer Programs in Riyadh.Key Responsibilities:Support the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates.Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Support onboarding activities and new joiner preparations.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure new joiners’ onboarding requirements, system access, and workplace preparations are completed on time.Maintain and update recruitment and onboarding records.Assist with job postings and candidate communication.Support the team with recruitment reports and HR-related tasks.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Fresh graduate and eligible for the Tamheer Program.Good communication and organizational skills.Good command of English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Interest in Talent Acquisition and HR.Location: RiyadhPrograms: COOP & Tamheer
