Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager

Diamond Cold Storage.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and continuously improve branch recruitment strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure an effective hiring process.Partner with business leaders and branch management to review manpower planning and recruitment requirements.Manage end-to-end recruitment for branch operations, ensuring quality hires within the agreed service level.Monitor recruitment performance, analyze hiring metrics, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through various sourcing channels, including headhunters, job portals, and professional networks.Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and employer branding standards.Lead, coach, and support the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and service excellence.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Psychology from a reputable university.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Assistant Manager, preferably in an FMCG or distribution company.Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, competency-based interviewing, psychological testing, and assessment techniques.Experienced in manpower planning and recruitment performance monitoring.Extensive network with headhunters, recruitment agencies, universities, and major job portals.Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.Willing to work twice a month on Saturdays (08.00–13.00).Willing to be based in Cibitung, Bekasi.
