Talent Acquisition Consultant

Location: Lahore, PakistanJoining: ImmediateRole Overview:People Strategist is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our growing team in Lahore. This is an opportunity to work on executive and specialist hiring mandates across the Middle East, partnering with leading organizations across banking, technology, telecommunications, healthcare, and other industries.We are looking for someone who has worked in a true 360 recruitment environment - someone who enjoys building client relationships, managing candidates, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments from client briefing through to offer acceptance and onboarding.Source, engage, assess, and manage high-quality candidates across multiple industries and functions.Build and maintain talent pipelines for executive and specialist positions.Coordinate interviews, assessments, reference checks, offers, and onboarding activities.Partner closely with clients and hiring managers, providing regular market insights and recruitment updates.Prepare candidate profiles, market mapping reports, and recruitment documentation.Maintain recruitment systems, reporting, and operational processes to ensure an exceptional client and candidate experience.Support business development through market intelligence and relationship building where required.Required Skills & Experience:2–7 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition.Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle (360 recruitment).Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction channels.Experience working with Middle East clients or recruiting across the GCC is highly preferred.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.What You'll Get:Exposure to senior executive and specialist hiring across the Middle East.Opportunity to work with leading regional and multinational organizations.A collaborative environment with experienced in-house and executive search professionals.Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.Significant opportunity for career growth as we continue to expand.If you're passionate about connecting exceptional talent with leading organizations and are available to join immediately, we'd love to hear from you!
