You'll support sourcing, screening, and coordination across the hiring process, with regular client interaction — a great opportunity to build hands-on recruitment agency experience.ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, and CV screeningSchedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managersFollow up with clients on candidate progress, feedback, and hiring needsMaintain and update candidate records in the ATS/HR systemAssist with employer branding activities (social media, career fairs, campus outreach)Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition teamRequirementsCurrently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with good organizational skillsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Fluent in EnglishAvailable for a 6-month co-op placement, based on-site in Al Nakheel, Riyadh
