You will help manage recruitment data and talent trackers, coordinate interviews and trial shifts, support candidate communication and ensure a consistent and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain recruitment master data and talent trackersPost job openings across approved job boards and social media channelsScreen applications and shortlist candidates in line with role requirementsCoordinate interviews and trial shifts with hiring managers and venuesManage candidate communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment processEnsure consistent application of the Eatx employer brand across recruitment touchpointsWhat We Are Looking ForMinimum 1 year of recruitment experience within the hospitality industryFluency in English, both written and spokenStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple roles, candidates and stakeholdersIf this feels like a fit, we would love to hear from you!
