قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجRole Description The Talent Acquisition Director at EL Saeed Law Firm مكتب السعيد للمحاماة is a part-time remote role responsible for leading and executing the firm’s talent acquisition strategy. The role involves designing and overseeing end-to-end hiring processes, including workforce planning, job profiling, sourcing, interviewing, and selection for legal and administrative positions. The Talent Acquisition Director will partner with firm leadership to understand staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure an inclusive, fair recruitment process. Day-to-day tasks include managing external recruitment partners, optimizing digital recruitment channels, maintaining recruitment metrics and reports, and continuously improving candidate experience. The role also includes developing employer branding initiatives, supporting performance and engagement programs related to talent retention, and advising on best practices in talent management within a legal services environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Hiring skills, including workforce planning, talent sourcing, interviewing, and selection.Candidates should possess Employee Engagement and Employee Relations skills to support a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.Candidates should possess Performance Management skills to collaborate with leadership on defining roles, expectations, and development pathways.Candidates should possess Employer Branding skills to position the firm as an attractive workplace and enhance visibility in relevant talent markets.Relevant experience in talent acquisition, HR, or people operations, preferably within professional services or law firms.Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise senior leadership.Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, HRIS/ATS tools, and data-driven approaches to track and improve recruitment outcomes.Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR or talent acquisition are a plus.
