Talent Acquisition Director

Role Description This part-time remote Talent Acquisition Director role at BestDrive by Continental is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment strategies across the organization. The role includes designing and executing talent acquisition plans, partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs, and overseeing sourcing, screening, and selection processes for a variety of positions. The Talent Acquisition Director will develop and refine employer branding initiatives, ensure a positive candidate experience, and use data and metrics to optimize hiring outcomes. Day-to-day activities involve collaborating with HR and operations teams, managing relationships with external recruiting partners, maintaining compliance with relevant employment regulations, and continuously improving talent acquisition processes to support organizational growth.Qualifications Demonstrated ability in Hiring and talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection for diverse roles.Experience fostering Employee Engagement and supporting Employee Relations to build a positive, inclusive workplace culture.Background in Performance Management, including partnering with leaders on feedback, development, and retention strategies.Proven skills in Employer Branding to attract and retain high-quality talent through targeted messaging and campaigns.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements relevant to talent acquisition and employee relations.Prior experience in a leadership or senior HR role, ideally within multi-location or retail/automotive service environments.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
