Role Description The Talent Acquisition Director at CONECTA RH is a part-time, remote role responsible for leading end-to-end hiring strategies across the organization. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management, ensuring a strong match between talent needs and business goals. The Talent Acquisition Director designs and implements employer branding initiatives to attract diverse, high-quality candidates and collaborates closely with leadership and HR partners to align talent strategies with organizational objectives. Daily activities include monitoring recruitment metrics, optimizing processes, advising hiring managers, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also supports broader people initiatives, partnering on employee engagement and performance management programs that contribute to long-term retention and organizational effectiveness.Qualifications Strong hiring expertise, including workforce planning, talent sourcing, interviewing, and selection skills.Experience in employer branding and talent attraction strategies to build a compelling and inclusive employer value proposition.Background in employee engagement and employee relations, with the ability to foster a positive, supportive work environment.Knowledge of performance management practices and their integration with talent acquisition and retention strategies.Proven experience in a senior talent acquisition or HR leadership role, preferably in a consulting or multi-client environment.Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and deliver measurable outcomes.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with a focus on inclusivity and fairness in hiring.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR or talent acquisition are a plus.
