Due to continued business growth and an expanding project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Director to lead the recruitment strategy and delivery of talent acquisition initiatives across technical and corporate functions.This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, with a primary focus on attracting and hiring engineering talent while partnering closely with business leaders to drive workforce planning, employer branding, and key HR transformation projects.Position Responsibilities Talent Acquisition LeadershipDevelop and execute the company's talent acquisition strategy to support business growth and project delivery requirements. Lead the end-to-end recruitment function across engineering, technical, project management, and corporate support functions. Drive the hiring of specialist technical talent, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, geotechnical, environmental, project, and design engineers. Partner closely with business leaders to understand current and future workforce requirements and build robust talent pipelines. Establish and maintain proactive sourcing strategies through direct search, referrals, universities, industry networks, and recruitment partners. Improve recruitment efficiency, quality of hire, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives. Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring insights, workforce analytics, and market intelligence to senior management. Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to ensure high performance and service delivery.Stakeholder & Workforce Planning Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent market trends, hiring challenges, and workforce strategies. Support organizational growth by developing workforce planning and succession planning initiatives. Collaborate with business units to identify future capability gaps and establish long-term talent attraction strategies.HR Projects & Transformation Lead and participate in strategic HR initiatives and transformation projects across the organization. Support initiatives related to employer branding, employee value proposition (EVP), diversity and inclusion, digitalisation, and process improvement. Partner with HR colleagues on talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and change management projects. Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, systems, and policies to enhance operational efficiency.Position RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines. 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, with significant exposure to engineering, infrastructure, construction, technical services, manufacturing, or related technical industries. Proven track record of hiring large volumes of technical professionals and specialist engineering talent. Prior experience leading a talent acquisition function or managing a recruitment team. Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering senior business leaders and executives. Experience in workforce planning, employer branding, and talent strategy development. Exposure to HR projects, organizational transformation, or broader HR initiatives is highly preferred. Strong understanding of recruitment technologies, talent analytics, and market mapping methodologies. Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills. Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.Experience supporting regional hiring across multiple countries. Prior experience within engineering consulting, infrastructure, construction, transportation, energy, utilities, or technical services sectors. Exposure to HR technology implementation, process transformation, or employer branding programs.Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English is essential Interested individuals can apply now.
