Our Pakistan office has operated since 2012, supporting our international recruitment operations.The RoleWe are looking for a UK Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Lahore team. You will source, screen, interview, and place candidates for UK-based vacancies while working closely with clients and hiring managers.Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and other platforms.Review CVs and assess candidates against job requirements.Conduct telephone/video interviews and candidate screening.Liaise with UK clients and hiring managers regarding vacancies.Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.Maintain accurate candidate records and compliance documentation.Build candidate pipelines and meet recruitment KPIs.RequirementsFluent spoken English is essential.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Previous recruitment, talent acquisition, resourcing, sales, or client-facing experience preferred.Confident conducting interviews and assessing CVs.Target-driven, organised, proactive, and professional.Comfortable working UK hours from our Lahore office.What We OfferSalary from PKR 100,000 per monthStructured training in UK recruitment and talent acquisition.Professional and supportive working environment.Exposure to the UK recruitment market and international clients.Clear opportunities for career development and progression.Long-term career opportunity with an established UK recruitment company.
