Iklavya is committed to training, growing, and placing the next generation of Bharat’s frontline workforce.Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The intern will support end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines for various field sales roles. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with hiring managers, updating recruitment trackers and applicant databases, and assisting in creating job postings and employer branding materials. The intern will also help manage interview logistics, communicate with candidates throughout the process, and provide feedback to improve recruitment efficiency. This role offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.Qualifications Ability to support Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.Skills in Interviewing and Hiring processes, with an interest in assessing candidate fit and potential.Interest in Employer Branding, with the ability to assist in crafting job descriptions, social media posts, and outreach content.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple roles and recruitment tasks simultaneously.Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Comfort working on-site in Noida and openness to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Basic proficiency with spreadsheets, applicant tracking
