We are a Sequoia-backed SaaS startup building an AI-native Marketing, Support & Sales suite for e-commerce brands.We’re currently working with 3000+ e-commerce brands globally across 50+ countries and are fortunate to have raised $5.5M+ along the journey with marquee investors like Sequoia Capital India, Kunal Shah, Gaurav Munjal & more backing us.Location: On-site, BangaloreDuration: 3 months (Internship Period) + Full time conversion (based on performance)Stipend (for internship period): ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/monthAbout The RoleThis is a hands-on role where you'll work directly on end-to-end hiring across teams.Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channelsScreen resumes and shortlist candidatesCoordinate interviews and manage candidate communicationWork closely with hiring managers on role requirementsMaintain and track pipelines in hiring tools/sheetsHelp improve hiring processes and turnaround timesWhat You’ll LearnHow startup hiring actually works (not just theory) Sourcing strategies for different roles Candidate evaluation and screening Stakeholder management with hiring managers Building structured hiring pipelines What We’re Looking ForStrong communication skills High ownership and ability to move fast Interest in HR, recruiting, or startup ecosystems Comfortable with outreach and interacting with candidates Our PurposeAt BiteSpeed, work is personal.
