TA Intern – Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern to join our recruitment team.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.Screen candidates based on the job requirements.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.Support documentation and onboarding activities.Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to joining.EligibilityUG and PG candidates are eligible.Freshers can apply.Good communication and coordination skills.Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.Languages RequiredKannadaEnglishTeluguTamilHindiPreferred SkillsGood verbal and written communication.Interest in recruitment and HR.Ability to coordinate with multiple candidates.Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.Role: TA Intern Department: Talent Acquisition / Human Resources Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
