Talent Acquisition InternCompany: Scale 100X.ai by ExpertronsLocation: Andheri East, MumbaiInternship: 6 Months + PPO based on PerformanceStipend: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/monthAbout the RoleWe are looking for MBA freshers and fresh graduates who want to start their career in Talent Acquisition.As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will get hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates.Key Responsibilities• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases• Screen resumes and conduct initial calls with candidates• Shortlist candidates as per job requirements• Schedule and coordinate interviews• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process• Assist with offer and onboarding processes• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring updates• Support the HR team in achieving hiring targetsWho Can Apply?• 0.6-1 Year of Experience will add a Point• MBA fresher or fresh graduate (HR preferred)• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Interested in HR and Recruitment• Proactive and willing to learn• Good organizational and time-management skills• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment• Comfortable with BYOD (Bring Your Own Device)Growth OpportunityComplete a 6-month internship and get an opportunity for a PPO based on your performance, ownership, and hiring results.Interested candidates can apply and start their career in Talent Acquisition with us! 🚀
