The role involves supporting high-volume hiring across sales, operations, product, and educator roles.Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and campus networks.Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and hiring metrics.Support employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn posts and job content.Assist with interview processes and candidate experience.Support onboarding activities and bulk hiring campaigns.RequirementsFreshers pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.Strong communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.Interest in HR, recruitment, startups, and the edtech industry.Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.What We OfferHands-on exposure to high-volume talent acquisition.Mentorship from experienced TA professionals.Exposure to hiring across multiple functions and geographies.Opportunity to work in a fast-paced global edtech environment.Stipend: ₹10,000/month.
