As a valued team member, your curiosity, creativity, and technical knowledge will contribute to real-world projects and your professional growth.This is an excellent opportunity for students to work under the guidance of a Corporate Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience contributing to Talent Operation processes, initiatives, and projects.Work hours are flexible within 8 AM–5 PM business hours. This is a paid, part-time, fully onsite position, with an expected schedule of 24 hours per week.Your RoleHandle all administrative functions for regional recruiters including scheduling and confirming phone screens, interviews and candidate assessmentsSupport/ Participate in projects that enhance client experience and /or increase efficiency of the recruitment processAssist with the coordination of career fairs and the summer intern programMaintain accurate and up-to-date data in our applicant tracking systemLearn how to effectively leverage recruiting tools such as our Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Talent AnalyticsAssist in screening resumes for various positionsDevelop and post job descriptions in collaboration with the TA Director and TeamResearch talent landscape and market research to identify trendsPartner with Talent Operations on various projects Assist with other duties as assignedQualificationsEnrolled in third or fourth year of a Business Administration, Human Resources, or related program Prior experience in a professional office or customer service orientated environment strongly preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and highly organizedPositive attitude and team playerHigh level of integrity and strict adherence to protecting confidential informationProven administrative skills and expertiseGood organizational and planning skills, with a proven ability to manage time well in a fast-paced, ever-changing, team-oriented environmentEstablished in 1972, Ware Malcomb is a dynamic, forward-thinking commercial real estate design firm providing professional architecture, interior design, civil engineering, branding, building measurement, structural engineering and MEP engineering services to clients throughout the world.
