Talent Acquisition Lead (6 Months)

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team and lead recruitment activities while ensuring an efficient and high-quality hiring process.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters and sourcers to achieve recruitment targets and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, particularly for key and senior-level positions.Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide guidance on market conditions, sourcing strategies, interview best practices, and candidate assessment.Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.Monitor recruitment performance, hiring progress, and key recruitment metrics.Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and job board providers.Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5–8 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing.Experience in leading, mentoring, or supervising recruitment teams.Strong stakeholder and hiring manager management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
