Talent Acquisition Lead (Mass Hiring)

Role Objectives:The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for leading the delivery of end-to-end recruitment across assigned functions, ensuring timely hiring, high-quality talent acquisition, and an exceptional candidate experience. The role oversees the Talent Acquisition team and drives continuous improvement in recruitment processes and hiring effectiveness.Roles & Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end recruitment for managerial and critical roles, ensuring the timely acquisition of high-quality talent aligned with business needs.Lead competency-based interviews and assessment processes for managerial and business-critical positions, ensuring consistent hiring decisions.Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.Supervise and provide guidance to the teamSet performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching.Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment, share best practices, and address challenges.Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop recruitment strategies that support business objectives.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes, hiring efficiency, and overall talent acquisition performance.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment strategies.Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including experience leading end-to-end recruitment for managerial and business-critical roles.Negotiation skillsExperience leading recruitment teams.Strong stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques.Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
