Team members work in a dynamic environment centered on client service, market insight, and sustainable growth.Role Description The Talent Acquisition Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions within the company. Daily tasks include partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, developing job descriptions, managing candidate pipelines, and coordinating interview schedules. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also drive employer branding initiatives, maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. The role involves using data and recruitment metrics to refine strategies and support long-term talent planning.Qualifications3+ Years of Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.Experience in Hiring and Interviewing, with the ability to assess skills, cultural alignment, and potential.Knowledge of Employer Branding practices to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness to talent.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and social media sourcing tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with stakeholders and candidates.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, preferably within real estate or a related industry.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
