This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional with a strong hospitality background who is passionate about attracting top talent and partnering with business leaders to support organizational growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle for private office and hospitality positions, from sourcing to onboarding.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality hospitality talent.Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide recruitment expertise.Build and maintain talent pipelines for key operational and leadership positions.Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sourcing partners.Monitor recruitment KPIs, prepare hiring reports, and identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency.Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining high standards throughout the hiring process.Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local employment regulations.RequirementsFluent Hindi speaker (essential).Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager within the hotel/hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of hospitality recruitment across operational and corporate functions.Experience managing high-volume recruitment and building talent pipelines.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.Currently based in Dubai.Immediate availability or candidates on a short notice period will be given preference.
