Talent Acquisition Specialist – Real EstateKingdom Capital Real Estate is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai.We are looking for a hands on recruiter with experience in Dubai real estate brokerage who can independently take ownership of the recruitment process, from sourcing and headhunting through to interviewing and onboarding.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit Real Estate Brokers / Property ConsultantsProactively headhunt agents from Dubai real estate brokeragesSource candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media and direct outreachScreen CVs and conduct initial phone/online interviewsShortlist suitable candidates and coordinate final interviewsManage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment processBuild and maintain a strong database and active recruitment pipelineCoordinate offers, joining documentation and onboardingTrack recruitment activity, including candidates contacted, interviewed, offered and joinedSupport basic HR and recruitment coordination when requiredWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious UAE recruitment experienceDubai real estate brokerage recruitment experience strongly preferredGood understanding of the Dubai real estate marketStrong sourcing, headhunting and networking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized, proactive and consistent with follow-upsSelf driven and able to work independently with minimal supervisionComfortable taking ownership of recruitment in a growing companyLocation: Sheikh Zayed Road, DubaiEmployment: Full time
